  8. The Customers will not hold HDFC Bank responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of above offer.
  9. HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of gifts/ products /service provided by the vendor. The quality of the service / gift is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
  10. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  11. Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the customer.
